Solutions Counselling is an online counselling service specifically catered to supporting men of all ages who maybe working through some tough life events.  Solutions Counselling is a safe nonjudgmental space for you to talk freely about anything you might be struggling with including relationships, depression and anxiety, isolation, life transitions, identity and self-esteem and many more. Solutions Counselling uses a solution focused approach to create change and move forward.

Hi I'm Ronnie, through my experience and education both in England and Australia, I have independently researched and developed programs that are relevant and specific to the men's mental health and well-being environment. 

 

These programs covered aspects such as wellness, self-confidence, and resilience building, dealing with high emotions and forming positive relationships, specifically with the use of Solutions Focused Therapy and CBT.  My education, training and experience in the social sciences, youth work, counselling and case management over the past 20 years has enabled me to build solid, successful working relationships with all my clients.

I am a conscientious and committed person in all facets of my life.  I value ethical and fair practices, which is of utmost importance when working with community members who have been dis-empowered or who been experiencing difficult circumstances.  Through my various life experiences, I have developed, and reflected on many personal strengths that make me a successful counsellor. This personal reflection and insight is something I continue to develop and work on through ACA membership (Australian Counselling Association) and supervision allowing me to learn and grow which in turn enables me to support my clients more effectively.
